This immune-supporting smoothie is packed with antioxidants, anti-inflammatory benefits, as well as gut loving fibre and collagen – keeping your good gut bugs happy and your body functioning optimally.
We have supercharged this smoothie with a tablespoon of our phytonutrient rich Papaya Tonic which contains papaya leaf, papaya fruit, pomegranate and is your multi-species probiotic all in one.

- 1 cup loosely packed spinach
- 1 cup milk of choice or to taste
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or use coconut yogurt for a dairy-free option
- 1 cup frozen berries (we love the combination of strawberries and blueberries)
- 1 tablespoon Papaya Tonic
- 1 scoop unflavoured Collagen powder
- 1 teaspoon flaxseeds (hemp seeds or chia seeds if you prefer)
Simply add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
